About This Role

We're seeking a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in leading complex construction projects and managing technical teams. The successful candidate will excel in communicating effectively, fostering collaboration, and making strategic decisions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage payments, schedules, and compensation events for Design and Build Contracts.
  • Oversee risk management through contract mechanisms such as the NEC early warning system.
  • Issue instructions, notifications, and communications to stakeholders.
  • Liaise between site-level and core-level stakeholders, promote knowledge transfer, and coordinate reporting to the PMO.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 7 years' project management experience, including at least 5 years on high-value infrastructure projects or similar scale and complexity.

In addition, desirable qualifications include:

  • Degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
  • NEC ECC Accredited Project Manager.
  • Safepass accreditation (desired).
  • Chartered Engineer (e.g., IEI, ICE) (desired).
