Job Description:

Our organization seeks a visionary Event Portfolio Director to drive the development and execution of an exceptional events program.

This pivotal leadership role demands strategic vision, creative flair, and operational excellence in delivering best-in-class events that strengthen client relationships, showcase expertise, and enhance brand presence.

The successful candidate will bring a proven track record of delivering impactful events for senior corporate audiences, coupled with the ability to drive innovation, manage complex stakeholder needs, and foster excellence across internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement event strategies that ensure consistency, creativity, and brand alignment across all programs.
  • Manage event objectives, KPIs, and post-event evaluation to guarantee measurable business impact.
  • Oversee an annual events calendar, optimizing resources and aligning with organizational priorities.
  • Deliver seamless end-to-end event management, from planning to execution, ensuring exceptional attendee experiences.
  • Manage supplier and contractor relationships, ensuring value and service excellence.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring events meet commercial and relationship-building goals.
  • Oversee budgets, driving cost efficiency while maintaining delivery standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven leadership experience in event management within large-scale corporates or agency environments.
  • Strong expertise in event planning, logistics, and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and align senior leaders.
  • Analytical approach, with experience in event measurement, ROI tracking, and reporting.
  • Commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets, contracts, and vendors.
