The role of Assistant Front Of House Manager is a key position within our hotel's Rooms Division.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Leading the front desk team and contributing to operational briefs and planning meetings.
- Ensuring all staff adhere to divisional SOP guidelines while also identifying areas for improvement.
- Maximizing revenue opportunities and driving sales through effective guest interaction.
- Planning and executing seamless day and night room operations including arrival experiences, lobby management and Concierge services.
- Providing exceptional customer service resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
To be successful as an Assistant Front Of House Manager you will need excellent leadership skills and experience within a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential along with a proactive approach to maximizing revenue opportunities.
