Job Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the safe administration of medication across the service.
  • Manage clinic sessions effectively.
  • Provide clinical supervision to nursing staff.
  • Deliver clinical training as required.
  • Develop health care plans for new admissions.
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals.
  • Address medication errors promptly.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as depot and phlebotomy.

Requirements:

  • Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland NMBI.
  • Strong knowledge of medication management principles.
  • Understanding of individual needs and requirements.
  • Minimum 5 years of nursing experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills and Qualities:

  • Effective time management and planning.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach.
  • Good organisation and IT skills.
