Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing scheduled preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC units, pumps, and other building services equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

The successful candidate will also respond promptly to breakdowns and service requests, diagnosing faults and implementing effective repairs to minimize downtime. Additionally, they will monitor and adjust mechanical systems to maintain environmental conditions and energy efficiency across client sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine checks and maintenance tasks on mechanical systems to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Reactive Repairs: Respond promptly to service requests and diagnose issues with mechanical systems, making prompt repairs to minimize downtime.
  • System Monitoring: Monitor and adjust mechanical systems to maintain optimal performance and energy efficiency.
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Experience working with AHUS, PPMS, FCUs is essential
  • RGI Cert or F-Gas Cert is an advantage
