Job DescriptionAs a Product Development Specialist, you will be responsible for performing duties associated with manufacturing, inspection, or packaging of Medical Devices at Integer Limited.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Performing all duties as assigned by Supervisor.
- Adhering to relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Job Breakdown Sheets (JBSs).
- Completing and complying with all documentation as required in the documentation process.
- Carrying out asset care on equipment and setting up machines in job-specific areas.
- Being involved in Continuous Improvement projects.
- Complying with quality standards and GMP pertaining to production (Cleanroom Areas).
- Complying with gowning procedure.
- Helping maintain a clean and safe working environment, ensuring high standards of housekeeping, and controlling chemicals (5S).
- Complying with Integer Limited behavioral standards.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Quality-focused approach.
- Basic PC skills an advantage.
