Experienced Project Lead Wanted

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to spearhead and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership abilities, a keen eye for detail, and outstanding proficiency in reporting.
About the Role- Oversee the successful delivery of construction projects from concept to completion.
- Develop and implement comprehensive project execution plans, site constraint documents, and contract handbooks.
- Conduct thorough feasibility assessments and technical due diligence.
- Coordinate closely with design teams to ensure seamless alignment with project requirements.
- Ensure high-quality management procedures are in place and maintained.
- Promote timely, within-budget project delivery and maintain the highest quality standards.
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Surveying.
- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- Preferably experienced within a Construction Consultancy, Client, or Developer role, though other experiences will also be considered.
- Background in Data Centres, Infrastructure, Renewables, Energy, and Pharma projects is a plus.
- Excellent leadership abilities and strong communication skills.
- High level of proficiency in reporting and skilled in preparing and analysing construction programmes.
- Experience in contract administration is a valuable asset.
- Exceptional computer skills and attention to detail.
- A team player dedicated to delivering outstanding results.
