Summary Description:

Our client, a well-established Quantity Surveying practice, is seeking an experienced professional to aid them with their new projects. We require an individual who can enhance the value for money and efficiency of our multi-million pound projects.

The successful candidate will have experience in estimating materials, time and labour costs, preparation of contract documents, negotiation and analysis of costs, risk management, value and cost control, and production of findings and progress reports. They will also be able to identify potential and actual outcomes and make recommendations accordingly.

This position offers a great opportunity to work on large-scale educational, residential, commercial, and healthcare builds. You will be part of a strong team and have the chance to work directly alongside experienced professionals.
