Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantitative Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python development and experience working with large datasets.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and improvement of our Python-based platform, which enables quantitative researchers to interact efficiently with trading systems. This includes setting up and maintaining production-quality data pipelines, working with traders, quantitative researchers, and other strategy developers to facilitate new trading behaviors.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years' experience in Python development, including experience with the Python scientific stack
  • Degree in Computer Science or other science or technical field
  • Experience of distributed message-based systems and server-side software development with proven product delivery success
  • Experience with web services and Python development frameworks
  • Full software development life cycle experience and exposure to agile software development
