\Key Responsibilities:\Vision & Strategy:\
  • Drive the development of a comprehensive, artist-centric vision for the organization.
\Curatorial & Artistic Programme:\
  • Oversee exhibition planning, curation, and programming to showcase diverse artistic voices.
  • Establish partnerships with local and international artists to promote cultural exchange.
\Team Leadership:\
  • Empower and motivate a skilled team through coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities.
  • Nurture an inclusive, collaborative work environment that values diversity and promotes creativity.
\Operational & Financial Management:\
  • Lead the financial management and administrative operations to ensure efficiency and transparency.
  • Develop strategies to optimize resources, streamline processes, and maintain high-quality service standards.
\Communication:\
  • Establish clear, open communication channels among staff, management, and stakeholders to foster trust and collaboration.
  • Ensure seamless information exchange through regular updates, reports, and feedback mechanisms.
