About Our Early Years Educator Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Years Educator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is dedicated to providing high-quality childcare and education to young children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To work collaboratively with our Crèche Manager and other team members to provide a safe, secure and stimulating environment for children.
  • To act as a key worker to specified children, building strong relationships and supporting their individual needs.
  • To develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote children's natural growth and development.
  • To maintain high standards of safety, security and wellbeing in the Crèche.
  • To communicate effectively with children, parents and colleagues, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of FETAC Level 6 qualification in Childcare or equivalent.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
  • A strong desire to work with young children, with a commitment to child-centred care.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
