Junior Quantitative Analyst Position

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Junior Quantitative Analyst to join our investment team.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Supporting the execution of trades and implementing investment strategies to achieve optimal portfolio performance.
  2. Providing monthly reports on portfolio positioning, performance, and risk analytics to support investment decisions.
  3. Developing and testing systematic investment strategies using Python and/or SQL to drive growth and profitability.
  4. Conducting statistical and quantitative analysis of asset pricing, risk, and returns to identify opportunities for improvement.
  5. Back testing trading signals using historical market data to validate strategy effectiveness.
  6. Automating and enhancing data processes for investment decision-making, improving workflows through model optimization.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Exposure to Python and/or SQL, or eagerness to learn and apply in a fast-paced environment.
  • A genuine interest in financial markets and quantitative investing, with a self-starter mindset and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Prior experience (internships or 1–2 years) in asset management, trading, or financial data analysis is a plus, but not essential.
