We are looking for a skilled Head of Operational Risk and Resilience to join our team in Dublin. As a key member of our risk management team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining our Operational Resiliency Framework.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring the resilience of our business, including the development of a holistic approach to digital and operational resilience. You will work closely with senior management to identify and mitigate potential risks and ensure that our outsourcing framework is adhered to.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in operational risk management and business resiliency, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. They will also possess a good understanding of financial markets, products, and instruments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain our Operational Resiliency Framework.
- Ensure the resilience of our business through a holistic approach to digital and operational resilience.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Maintain adherence to our outsourcing framework.
- Provide clear reporting and escalation processes to ensure our risk profile is appropriate.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in operational risk management and/or business resiliency.
- Good knowledge of CBI regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
