Conveyancing Solicitor Job Description

This is a permanent, full-time position with the option of hybrid working. You will manage property transactions and guide clients through the buying and selling process.

  1. Handle residential and commercial conveyancing transactions from initiation to completion.
  2. Conduct property title searches, identify and resolve issues, and prepare title deeds.
  3. Advise clients on property law matters, guiding them through the legal process with clarity and professionalism.
  4. Draft, review, and finalize contracts, ensuring compliance with current regulations and best practices.
  5. Liaise with clients, estate agents, financial institutions, and other solicitors to coordinate seamless transactions.
  6. Ensure timely completion of transactions, managing deadlines effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A qualified solicitor with 2+ years' experience in conveyancing.
  • In-depth knowledge of property law, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Benefits

This is a hybrid position with office days situated in Tralee, County Kerry. Salary is open to negotiation and based on experiences.
