Job Overview

We are seeking part-time Food and Beverage Assistants to join our dynamic team at Pigs Lane.

O'Donoghue Ring Collection is home to a diverse range of hotels, apartments, spa, restaurants & bars in Killarney and Castleisland, Co. Kerry.

Responsibilities
  • To take drink orders from guests and serve them while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
  • To ensure our high standards are achieved at all times.
  • To maintain strict hygiene regulations at all times.
  • To work effectively as part of the team and be flexible.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Previous bar experience is highly desirable.
  • Cocktail experience would be advantageous.
  • A good knowledge of beers, wines, and spirits is essential.
  • A professional and friendly approach with a focus on providing excellent customer service is required.
  • The ability to work well in a busy environment and as part of a team is crucial.
  • Fluent English is essential and permission to work in Ireland is necessary.
  • The ideal candidate must be 18 years+ and be flexible with shifts and available to work weekends.
