Role Summary

A high-performing Food & Beverage Operations Manager is sought to lead our food and beverage team, overseeing all outlets at the Killarney Plaza Hotel & Spa. This is a strategic role focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and team development.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in managing high-volume, multi-outlet hotel environments, with expertise in service excellence, cost control, and staff management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple F&B outlets, including Café du Parc, The Tan Yard, La Grand Pey, and Blackthorn & Piano Bar.
  • Lead and mentor a team of F&B professionals, including floor supervisors, restaurant staff, and bartenders.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and events team to deliver seamless guest experiences across all dining occasions.
  • Maintain high standards of HACCP, health and safety, hygiene, and staff training.
  • Drive sustainability initiatives and partnerships within the F&B department.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in an F&B leadership role (ideally within a 4-star hotel).
  • Proven success managing multiple F&B outlets or large-scale hotel restaurant operations.
  • Excellent communication, team leadership, and guest-service skills.
  • Financial acumen: forecasting, budgeting, labour planning, and stock control.
  • Passion for hospitality, sustainability, and guest experience.
