Job Overview

The role of a Customer Service Associate is a vital part of our operations. We are seeking individuals who are committed, positive, friendly and show pride in their work.

This position involves visiting customer premises to collect feminine hygiene bins and nappy bins and to replenish other products. The associates will also be responsible for unloading waste and stocking up on products at the local depot.

Our routes are pre-planned and will feed through to your PDA, so you won't need to worry about spending time planning the journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visiting customer premises to collect and replenish products.
  • Unloading waste and restocking products at the local depot.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Providing excellent customer service.
  • Working as part of a team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Full manual Driving License for a minimum of 12 months (Subject to insurance requirements), with a maximum of 6 points.
  • Enhanced check.
  • Vaccinations against Hepatitis B, tetanus/polio.
