We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for involvement in second line Operational Risk Management activities, including implementation and operation of RCSA process; incident management and follow-up; and the continuous improvement of the Risk & Control environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Execute second line Risk Assurance Reviews, carrying out relevant investigations and reviewing evidence of activities to identify control weaknesses or gaps.
- Contribute to the production of quarterly Risk Reporting and other outputs as required.
- Action tracking, monitoring, and reporting on all matters overseen by Risk Management.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance PIA's Risk Management Framework and Culture.
- At least 3 years' experience working in Life Insurance in Line 1 or Line 2 Operational Risk & Control roles.
- A good grounding in ERM theory or practices, and a solid understanding of core Risk Management concepts.
- Awareness and practical knowledge of Solvency II, CBI framework, and other relevant regulations.
- Ability to build networks and work effectively across the business.
