">- Job Title: Social Care Worker
The role of the Social Care Worker is to support individuals with physical/intellectual disabilities and autism in a residential and day services setting.
;We are looking for dedicated and compassionate professionals who can provide high-quality care and support to our service users.
;The ideal candidate will have:
;- A minimum of a Level 7 on the QQI Framework BA in Social Care Studies or equivalent qualification in Health or Social Care.
- CORU registration or proof of application in progress.
- At least one year's experience working with vulnerable adults or adults with intellectual disabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient IT skills relevant to the role, including Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Share Point, One Drive, and Teams.
As a Social Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing person-centered care and support to our service users, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.
