**Job Title:** New Product Development Chef

Our innovative plant-based food company is seeking an experienced Chef to join our team as a New Product Development (NPD) Chef. In this role, you will be responsible for creating great-tasting plant-based food that focuses on meat alternatives and plant-forward products across retail, food service, and DTC channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Improve the taste profile of existing recipes.
  • Develop new on-trend recipes.
  • Lead the development of a range of plant-forward ready meals.

As a key member of our team, you will work with the commercial team to identify customer and consumer needs and support the company's revenue ambitions. You will also be responsible for presenting product ranges at key consumer and trade events globally and writing menus for key customers to support various restaurant types.
