Are you a skilled professional looking to drive innovation and excellence in pharmaceutical manufacturing? We are seeking a talented Scientist to join our team as part of our API/Dry Product Network. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the start-up of new processes, ensuring that they are properly validated and documented.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Scientist on our ADN RAMP team, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • ">
  • Supporting the start-up of new processes through documentation preparation, review, and approval.">
  • Working closely with Process Teams to ensure that all necessary documentation is accurate and complete.">
  • Collaborating with Molecule Steward to ensure that all TSMS documentation is up-to-date and reflective of new facilities.">
  • Investigating process issues and delivering robust corrective and preventative actions.">
  • Providing technical support and guidance to colleagues, including coaching and training on effective Technical Writing.">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A BSc or MSc in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related science field.">
  • 3-5 years' experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with a focus on drug substance manufacturing support.">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.">
  • Ability to coach and influence others, with a collaborative approach to working with operations, process engineering, QCL, and other process team members.">
  • Flexibility to work off-shift hours as needed to support project milestones and training of new employees.">
