About The Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Quality Specialist. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical quality management, with experience in implementing and maintaining quality systems, conducting audits and inspections, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

You will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of quality control measures, managing deviations and CAPAs, and participating in internal and external audits. Additionally, you will provide training and support to staff on quality procedures and ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and accurate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) guidelines and relevant national regulations
  • Implement and maintain quality systems, including documentation, training, deviations, CAPAs, and change control processes
  • Conduct internal audits, participate in external audits, and ensure timely resolution of findings
  • Manage product storage, transportation, and handling activities to ensure they meet GDP requirements
  • Ensure that all suppliers and customers are approved in accordance with company procedures and regulatory standards
Requirements:
  • Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field (Pharmacist registration may be required)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in pharmaceutical wholesale distribution, quality assurance, or regulatory affairs
  • In-depth knowledge of EU GDP guidelines and relevant national regulations
  • Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and regulatory audits/inspections
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
