Job Title:

Assistant Quality Manager

This role involves providing day-to-day support to the Quality department in a fast-paced environment.

  • Creating and updating reports as requested by Quality Manager
  • Managing Internal and External OFI Support
  • Leading and hosting BSI and Customer audits
  • Progress chasing CAPAs, OFIs
  • Management of internal audit system
  • Provide support and manage calibration system
  • Manage Supplier complaint system in Q-Pulse

Other Key Responsibilities include:

  • Investigation of customer daily queries
  • Make informed decisions on quality in absence of Quality Manager
  • Actively attend Site Quality Meetings produce minutes
  • Facilitate Continuous Improvement Teams Including RCA tools
  • Support QM in managing the internal CAPA system
  • Manage and log annual leave and hours worked for QC team as requested by QM

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a Quality role at a senior supervisor or entry management level
  • Working knowledge of relevant accredited standards (not essential)
  • Experience in a manufacturing/production environment ideally with experience and knowledge of Industry standards and guidelines
