Quality Compliance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Quality Compliance Specialist to join our team in Ireland. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our construction services.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality programs that meet international standards. You will ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, and identify areas for improvement through risk assessments and root cause analysis.

You will work closely with senior management to align compliance with business objectives and provide regular reports on compliance status, audit findings, and corrective actions. Additionally, you will deliver QMS training and briefing material as required, promote a positive quality culture, and stay informed of current quality legislation and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality programs that meet international standards.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant ISO standards and regulations.
  • Identify risks related to ISO compliance and implement preventive measures.
  • Review QMS at regular intervals to ensure alignment with changes in operational requirements.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for ISO certification bodies, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Create and present regular reports on compliance status, audit findings, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in ISO compliance and quality assurance within the construction industry.
  • ISO 9001 Auditor qualification or other relevant ISO certification.
  • Expertise in conducting audits, risk assessments, and root cause analysis.
  • Strong understanding of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
  • Experience across a range of sectors within the construction industry is preferable.
  • Proficiency in Quality Management Systems software and tools.
