Job Summary

The role of Senior Software Quality Assurance Professional involves the design, planning and implementation of automated testing solutions for software systems. This requires a strong understanding of software development and hardware systems, as well as experience in test automation and software development.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement automated testing frameworks using C# and other relevant technologies
  • Develop and maintain test scripts to ensure thorough coverage of software systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements
  • Contribute to the development of testing strategies and processes to improve overall quality

Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in test automation and software development
  • Proven experience in designing, planning and implementing automated testing solutions
  • Familiarity with ISTQB certification and Agile methodologies
  • Strong understanding of software development and hardware systems (electronics/mechanical)
  • Experience in regulated industries such as medical device or aerospace/automotive

This is a long-term contract position with an initial period of 6 months, followed by options for extension or permanency. The role will be based in Limerick and will require a minimum of 3 days on-site work per week.
