Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and quality checking dealing transactions through internal systems, regulatory and client standards.

You will provide input to process changes which would result in greater operational efficiency. Additionally, you will provide day-to-day support and guidance to junior analysts, and support the team leader with workflow distribution and effective use of staff resources.

As a key member of our team, you will identify, document, and disseminate new procedures and controls. You will also carry out complex activities with significant financial, client, and internal business impact.

May have direct interaction with committees and/or senior management. Serve as a key subject matter expert and mentor to junior employees. Manage daily operational activities and supervise the work of junior staff (not a formal management role).

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Functional/Industry knowledge is required.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Ability to work as part of a team with minimal supervision.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail are critical.
  • A College or University degree and/or relevant work experience are required.
