Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineering Lead to join our team. As a key member of our technical leadership group, you will be responsible for guiding and growing a team of software engineers, DevOps engineers, and quality assurance specialists. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the delivery of high-quality products on time while providing technical direction and expertise to your team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Serve as the initial point of escalation for software development issues within specific areas of responsibility">
  • Interface with other technical personnel or team members to finalize requirements">
  • Write and review portions of detailed specifications for the development of system components of moderate complexity">
  • Work closely with other development team members to understand moderately complex product requirements and translate them into software designs">
  • Successfully implement development processes, coding best practices, and code reviews">
  • Operate in various development environments (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) while collaborating with key stakeholders">
  • Design and work with complex data models">
  • Carry out management responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies, procedures, and applicable laws">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Ability to design and work with complex data models">
  • Strong proficiency in Java/J2EE development language, Design Patterns">
  • Experience with Spring Framework">
  • Strong proficiency on working in AWS">
  • Strong proficiency with up-to-date security tools, secure design patterns, and advocate for SSDLC">
  • Familiarity with BDD methodology">
  • Ability to write and review portions of detailed specifications for the development of complex system components">
  • Strong organization/project planning, time management, and change management skills">
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills">
