Job Opportunity: Construction Planning Professional

Role Overview:

As a Construction Planner, you will be responsible for preparing critical path programs, project execution plans, flow charts and labour histograms to support pre-tender, tender and post-tender submission documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive contract programmes and project schedules
  • Provide regular project progress reports and analysis
  • Review and advise on subcontractor programmes

Requirements:

Candidates should possess relevant engineering qualifications and at least 5 years' experience working with a building contractor. Proficiency in P6 & Asta planning software is essential.
