Product Management Strategist

The Product Management Strategist will be responsible for driving business outcomes at the product level, managing to a quantified scorecard and continuously monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators.

This includes:

  • Interpreting and applying program vision and strategy to product strategy and roadmap
  • Managing the delivery of ongoing innovation and enhancements to focus products using data-driven methodologies
  • Driving a user-centric culture of continuous assessment and enhancement of the product user experience
  • Partnering with teams to ensure products are easy to deploy and deliver a great experience during operation
  • Demonstrating depth of knowledge of their product and the ecosystem in which it operates, including regulatory, legal, technological, and competitive environments
  • Applying this knowledge to the development of winning product strategies

Key qualifications include:

  • Experience building and deploying software to the cloud
  • Experience working directly with engineering teams
  • Proven ability to lead in a matrix environment
  • Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases
  • Extensive experience building and launching products
  • Comprehensive experience in Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
