Key Responsibilities
  • We are seeking a skilled professional to process purchase orders for site services and engineering, including capital and operational expenditures.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing stationery orders for the site and overseeing their distribution or collection.
  • This role involves handling credit card transactions for goods and services required by all departments on site.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills to resolve invoicing and accounting queries or issues with global procurement and accounts.
  • Facilitating the setup of new vendors is also an essential part of this role.
  • We are looking for someone who can undertake ad hoc activities or projects as they arise.
Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in purchasing and procurement.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work accurately under pressure.
