About the Role:
- Apply synthetic chemistry expertise to support commercial API processes
- Design and maintain safe, efficient, and robust processes meeting regulatory standards
- Contribute innovative ideas to global process development projects
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills and deliver chemistry and process understanding
Requirements:
- PhD in synthetic chemistry
- Experience in pharmaceutical industry or similar field
- Extensive knowledge of synthetic chemistry and reaction mechanisms
- Knowledge of quality and regulatory guidance
- Excellent practical laboratory experience and communication skills
