Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of civil and environmental design teams to deliver projects on time, within established parameters, and maintaining quality standards.
  • Strategic development of new business opportunities and client relationships.
  • Mentorship of team members to foster professional growth and development.
  • Creation of technical reports and tender documentation.
  • Collaboration with project stakeholders for planning and managing workflows.
  • Ensuring quality assurance and safety compliance.
  • Coordination among team members for deliverables.
  • Maintenance of strong client relationships through effective communication.
Requirements:
  • A level 8 or 9 qualification in Civil and/or Environmental Engineering or a related field.
  • Chartered Engineer status.
  • At least 15 years of design and project leadership experience.
  • Proven multi-disciplinary design management skills.
  • Stakeholder management experience.
  • A track record of business growth and development.
  • Budget management skills.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • A collaborative and adaptable approach.
  • Problem-solving mindset and self-motivation.
  • A willingness to participate in site visits and meetings.
  • A valid full driving license.
  • Experience with oral hearings is desirable.
