Key Challenges of This Role

Job Description:
  • The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will collaborate closely with production teams to develop and enhance manufacturing processes.
  • They will work on optimizing, supporting, and advancing manufacturing systems through the application of technical expertise and Lean principles.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • A degree in Engineering or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience in manufacturing process development.
  • Experience with project management, risk analysis, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of design verification and process validations are highly valued.
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills are required, along with a strong understanding of lean principles and methodology.
  • Knowledge of ISO 13485 and FDA processes is essential, as well as experience with statistical techniques and proficiency with engineering software.
