Operations Excellence:
The Process Improvement Lead will play a critical role in driving operational excellence across our organization. This includes identifying areas for improvement, developing and implementing process improvements, and analyzing key performance indicators to measure success.

Key Responsibilities:
* Identify areas for improvement and develop process improvements to drive operational excellence
* Analyze key performance indicators to measure success and inform future process improvements
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive business outcomes

Requirements:
* Experience working in an Operations, Technology, Project Management or equivalent team
* Experience using data tools such as SQL, SAS, and data visualization (e.g. Tableau)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to think critically and strategically
* Proven understanding of operational health, metrics, and KPI management

Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Operations Management, or related field
* Knowledge of other programming languages (e.g. Python, R, SQL)
* Experience in working with potentially graphic and objectionable content
