Procurement Professional Wanted

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Professional to play a key role in ensuring smooth procurement operations across our European network.

You will be responsible for driving contract execution, managing supplier relationships, acting as a key escalation point, resolving risks and issues, leading supply chain initiatives, aligning best practices, supporting cost and innovation goals, and championing procurement excellence.

  • Develop and implement Global and Regional Category Strategies across Europe by enabling P2P and STC processes.
  • Oversee supplier performance, service levels, risk mitigation, and innovation tracking within assigned categories.
  • Serve as the main contact for resolving service and quality issues across European manufacturing sites to ensure supply continuity.
  • Tackle supplier-related challenges including delivery delays, OTIF issues, quality concerns, liabilities, and payment disputes.
  • Identify root causes of underperformance and implement corrective and preventative actions.
  • Apply purchasing synergies and best practices across Europe in line with the broader Supply Chain strategy.
  • Contribute to cost-saving and avoidance initiatives while supporting innovation and project execution.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in a similar procurement or supply chain role, strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and experience with SAP and other procurement systems.

As a collaborative team member, you will work closely with Senior Category Managers, manufacturing plants, quality teams, and planners to achieve top- and bottom-line performance.
