We are seeking a skilled Content Designer to join our team. As a key member of the group, you will be responsible for crafting engaging narrative and gameplay content for high-quality role-playing games.

Job Description:

  • Craft compelling storylines and gameplay experiences within a designated area of the game.
  • Ensure logical and well-paced narrative flow in the combination of situations, dialogs, and areas.
  • Create innovative solutions for quest design problems and oversee their implementation.
  • Conduct regular progress reviews for your area, gathering feedback from other departments and working with them to achieve the optimal finished state.
  • Develop and update documentation, communicate changes to teams.
  • Take a holistic approach when implementing changes to your region, considering the impact on various departments.
  • Understand player motivations and expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • The ability to lead a creative element of the game, communicate effectively with all parties involved, gather feedback, and drive projects to completion.
  • The capacity to develop creative solutions to new problems or identify issues that don't require reinventing the wheel.
  • A strong understanding of narrative beats and pacing.
  • The ability to imagine what it's like seeing the game for the first time every single day, understand player expectations.
  • The capacity to observe players and learn from their actions, filtering feedback.
  • A high level of digital literacy and adaptability to new software and tools (G Suite, Confluence, Jira etc.).
  • Attention to detail and comfort with complexity and change.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, organization, and communication.
  • Ability to thrive in an agile environment with evolving needs.
