Job Description:

Your new role at a leading financial institution in Dublin will be to lead the creative process from idea to execution, ensuring unique and original creative flair across all content.

You will ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines, tone and style that sit well with our products and consumers while maintaining control and consistency across channels.

Cultivate innovative thinking and push our agency partners to be brave in our communications, remaining true to the brief.

Optimise content based on data-driven approach and learnings from research.

Manage multiple projects, prioritising workload while maintaining quality standards.

Anticipate legislative changes and developments that impact how our brand is portrayed, ensuring equality, equity and inclusion throughout all communications.

You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, the Customer team, the wider organisation to develop best-in-class engagement programs for our brand.

Key skills required include:

  • 4+ years' experience working in marketing or communications
  • A strong blend of commercial and creative skills to drive business growth
  • A track record of understanding the creative development process and bringing connection moments to life for customers
  • The ability to lead and manage agency partners
  • High attention to detail when working on multiple projects
