Creative Designer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design Professional to join our team. As a key member of our global creative team, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact, visually engaging design work across the full spectrum of our global creative needs.

This includes digital graphics, motion storyboards, merchandise, campaign assets, and communications across channels— including social media, websites, events, digital marketing, OOH, and more.

  • Creative Design Delivery:
    • Translate creative briefs into impactful, on-brand design work across our needs—spanning global brand and product campaigns, key visuals, events, merchandise (SWAG), partnerships, social media, customer communications, and digital advertising.
    • Follow and interpret creative direction to ensure that they deliver compelling and differentiating 'on brand' creative for daily, weekly, and seasonal campaigns.
    • Work closely with the design leads, project managers, and copywriters responsible for the creation and timely delivery of integrated creative campaigns.
  • Creative Operations:
    • Work with senior designers and design leads to help define creative processes, ensuring that they are efficient and integrated.
    • Collaborate with the wider creative team and partners to ensure a consistent and optimized omni-channel approach to all activity.
  • Team and Relationship Management:
    • Self-motivate and manage daily tasks to ensure work is delivered on time and to the agreed standards.
    • Create a positive, supportive, and innovative culture within the team.
    • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to help facilitate our brand vision.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a designer within a creative team, either in-house or on the agency side.
  • Experience working within a design team for a high-volume, fast-paced online business.
