About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our payroll solutions group, you will lead the design, configuration, and delivery of complex Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions.

You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop effective solutions that meet their requirements. Your expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud – UK Payroll will enable you to configure skills in Fast Formula, element design, payroll process flows, and calculation cards.

In addition to your technical skills, you will require excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with colleagues and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, configuration, and delivery of complex Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions
  • Conduct design workshops and document solutions
  • Create and develop sales bid responses and pre-sales preparation and demos
  • Provide product credibility and expertise OTBI Reporting knowledge/SQL Knowledge
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Expertise within Oracle HCM Cloud – UK Payroll (Essential)
  • Configuration skills in Fast Formula, element design, payroll process flows, and calculation cards
  • Conducting design workshops and documenting solutions
  • Creating and developing sales bid responses and pre-sales preparation and demos
  • OTBI Reporting knowledge/SQL Knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
