Energy Infrastructure Development Expert

As the energy sector undergoes a transformative shift, we seek an exceptional individual to spearhead the development of innovative solutions for overhead line projects.

Key responsibilities include delivering comprehensive project portfolios, developing technical documents in accordance with industry standards, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project integrity.

Successful candidates will possess a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Structural or Civil Engineering, or equivalent industry experience. CEng or IEng registration is beneficial, as is expertise in PLS-CADD and UK design requirements.

A strong understanding of complementary T&D disciplines is advantageous, as is a collaborative mindset and passion for innovation.

  • Develop design criteria, conductor selection, structure type selection, insulation coordination, and lightning performance.
  • Conduct feasibility studies to assess technical and economic viability of proposed projects.
