Accounting Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned accountant to lead our team in a dynamic and growing accounting practice. As a senior leader, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of SME and high-value clients, handling a mix of audit, accounts preparation, tax, and advisory work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of clients and take direct ownership of client relationships and delivery
  • Mentor and support junior staff as a key senior team member
  • Pursue career advancement opportunities within the organization
Requirements:
  • Qualified ACA/ACCA (or equivalent) with 2+ years' post-qualification experience in practice
  • Solid grounding in audit, accounts preparation, and tax
  • Experience with Irish accounting software such as Relate, Xero, and Taxpro is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with excellent time management and organisational abilities
