Job Description">

We are seeking an experienced Senior Auditor to join our team in Dublin. As a Senior Auditor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality services to our diverse client base.

The role involves preparing and completing client audit files and financial statements to a high professional standard. You will also draft financial reports as required by client assignment.

You will lead junior staff on client assignments, training them in all technical aspects of accounts preparation and auditing. You will identify areas of non-compliance with auditing and accounting standards and bring these to the attention of the engagement manager.

Some travel at certain times may be required, including overnight stays. The position will attract additional duties depending on the type of client assignment.

Required Skills & Qualifications">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • At least 1 - 2 years post qualification experience in auditing Irish companies;">
  • Relevant degree and an ACA, ACCA, or other accounting or relevant qualification;">
  • Business acumen and insight to be an effective business advisor to your clients;">
  • Experience in managing and leading teams effectively;">
  • Experience in presenting to senior management teams along with excellent report writing skills;">
  • Experience in operational supervision of assignments and managing client relationships and expectations;">
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment;">
  • Strong organisational and planning skills;">
  • Ability to work on own initiative and to provide guidance to others;">
  • Experience of working to deadlines and delivering under pressure when required.">
