Lead Software Architect

We're looking for a talented software architect to lead our development team and drive the definition and execution of key strategic initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working autonomously and being accountable for strategic execution in part of the engineering organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical direction and guidance to the development team, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and meet the required standards.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute plans for the development of new features and products, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with designers, product managers, researchers, and data analysts to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
Requirements:
  • Domain Knowledge: Have a deep understanding of software architecture and design principles, as well as experience with distributed systems and agile development methodologies.
  • Leadership Skills: Possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of engineers to deliver high-quality results.
  • Communication Skills: Be an effective communicator, able to articulate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Be adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
