Cyber Security Leader

This senior role is responsible for safeguarding assets and customer trust in a rapidly evolving cyber threat landscape.

  1. Mentor and develop a team of cyber risk professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  2. Ensure successful and timely delivery of objectives and results through leadership and management of others.
  3. Assume responsibility for the Head of Cyber Risk as needed.

Key Deliverables:

  • Risk Oversight: Provide independent oversight of the bank's cyber security program, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Policy Development: Lead the creation, maintenance, and governance of cyber security policies and standards.
  • Control Assurance: Evaluate the effectiveness of cyber security controls through independent testing and assurance activities.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5+ years direct experience in cyber security with proven ability to lead and inspire teams in a high-pressure environment.
  • A strategic mindset and deep technical expertise are essential to navigating complex challenges.
