Electrical Leadership Role

Our team seeks a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to lead their technical operations in Dublin. This is an opportunity for you to apply your expertise in electrical engineering and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage, review, and coordinate electrical design and construction drawings; resolve technical issues and drive solutions.
  • Provide expert technical advice and guidance to engineers and site teams on all aspects of electrical engineering.
  • Lead and prioritize tasks for the technical team, ensuring timely and efficient execution of works.
  • Monitor engineer performance to ensure full compliance with project plans, schedules, and Health & Safety regulations.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues using established troubleshooting and root-cause analysis techniques.
  • Oversee document control processes, ensuring all logs, records, and technical documentation are maintained and updated.
  • Prepare and coordinate test packs and handover documentation for electrical systems in line with commissioning requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant Electrical Qualification essential e.g. Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • 5 years experience in a similar role, within a mechanical and electrical contracting environment.
  • Strong understanding of HSE requirements on large-scale projects.
  • Data Centre experience advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Competency in MS Office and document control software.
