We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver exceptional housing management services across designated neighbourhoods.

This role plays a crucial part in maintaining tenancies, managing estates, supporting communities, and ensuring safe, well-maintained environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage new, existing and ending tenancies (including voids, transfers, successions, and exchanges).
  • Provide expert advice on housing, rent, money management, and connecting with support agencies to support tenants sustain their homes.
  • Address tenancy issues including anti-social behaviour, arrears, and tenancy fraud.
  • Promote prevention of homelessness and support vulnerable tenants.
  • Ensure estates are safe, well-maintained, and sustainable by handling maintenance and improvement works.
  • Build relationships with contractors and tenants to ensure successful projects.
  • Enhance community involvement, cohesion, and safety by addressing anti-social behaviour.
  • Represent the organization in the community and engage with local stakeholders.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:

Experience in delivering high-quality customer-focused service.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage a varied workload.

Confidence in working with partners, building networks, and resolving issues.

Excellent communication skills, especially in challenging situations.

A full UK driving licence (or access to transport).

One of the following qualifications: Degree + 1 year relevant experience, OR BTEC Higher Cert/Diploma in Housing + 1 year relevant experience, OR BTEC Higher Cert/Diploma (Level 5) or equivalent + 2 years relevant experience, OR Equivalent professional development + 3 years relevant experience.
