The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and compassionate legal professional to join the team as a Paralegal - Private Client. As a key member of the Private Client team, you will play a vital role in supporting solicitors and delivering exceptional service to clients.

  • Assisting with the preparation of wills, enduring powers of attorney, and estate documents.
  • Supporting solicitors in the administration of estates and trusts.
  • Liaising with clients, financial institutions, and other professionals to ensure smooth case management.
  • Maintaining accurate case files and assisting with client onboarding processes.
The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a law degree holder (or equivalent qualification) with a minimum of 6 months' experience as a Paralegal, Legal Professional, or Legal Executive. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Wills, Trusts, and Estates, and possess strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

A background in previous experience with Trusts and Office of Care and Protection (OCP), Controllership cases, and registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney (EPAs) would be highly desirable.
