Social Care Leader
Our team is seeking a skilled and experienced leader to join us in providing high-quality residential services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social care, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work with clients who require support and care.
- The successful candidate will assist the Residential Services Manager in delivering a quality service that prioritizes the needs and wishes of each client.
- They will be responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of the service, including supervising staff, maintaining rotas, training, and communication across various shifts.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational, logistical, and IT skills are essential for this role.
- The Team Leader will also be required to document information and complete paperwork as necessary for the delivery of the service.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with families, multidisciplinary teams, and other personnel to ensure the best quality of service.
- Manage and provide support to staff within the service, ensuring they receive the necessary training and supervision.
- Implement and maintain high standards of care, adhering to HIQA regulations and reporting requirements.
