">As a Residential Service Manager, you will be responsible for the daily management of all aspects of operational delivery of the residential services. This includes ensuring that the service delivered meets the identified needs and wishes of the people we support.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and direct operational staff to ensure robust people management principles are embedded">
- Develop and implement an integrated approach to service delivery">
- Ensure the provision of high-quality, responsive, and sustainable services in accordance with HIQA regulations and relevant legislation">
- Identify and address any safeguarding concerns">
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">Applicants should possess an appropriate third-level qualification or equivalent in Health and Social Care. A minimum of three years' experience in management or supervisory roles in health or social care is also required. Strong leadership and operational management skills are essential, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across the Group.
