Job Title:
Planning Project Manager.

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Planning Project Manager to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires strong project management skills, technical knowledge of planning legislation and policy matters, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and technical assistance on a diverse range of town planning projects
- Meet and liaise with clients to ensure successful project delivery
- Work as part of a team on prestigious and large-scale infrastructure projects

Qualifications and Requirements:
- BSc or MSc in Regional / Urban / City / Town and Country Planning
- Professionally qualified or chartered (Member of IPI and/or RTPI)
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in town planning (after attaining the qualification)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to conduct independent research and analyse and interpret results; ability to prepare reports and formulate recommendations; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
